1. Service provider

2. Eligibility, consultation and consent
Only clients aged 18 or over may be treated; valid photo ID is required. A consultation and patch test precede the first procedure — disclose pregnancy, skin conditions, allergies and medication, and the practitioner may decline or postpone unsuitable services. Written informed consent is required. Personal data and non-essential cookies are processed only with prior informed consent, with data-subject rights, under Law of Ukraine No. 3991-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.
3. Booking, payment, cancellation and complaints
A deposit confirms the booking and is deducted from the final price; balances are payable on the day in UAH. Reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours ahead, as later cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Your mandatory rights under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' are not limited by these terms. Complaints: contact@vryzanis.com; disputes may be settled out of court.
4. Touch-ups, aftercare and hygiene
One touch-up within 8 weeks of the initial session is included once healing is complete. Follow the written aftercare instructions. Skin-penetration services follow documented hygiene and infection-control procedures under Law of Ukraine No. 4004-XII 'On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population'.
5. Results and advertising
Healing and results vary between clients; no specific outcome is guaranteed. Statements about results, safety, hygiene and practitioner qualifications are truthful and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-ВР 'On Advertising'.
