Data and purposes

We collect name, contact details, booking and consultation notes, correspondence and technical data such as IP address and cookies. Health data is processed only for skin-penetration services with explicit consent. We use data to answer enquiries, deliver services, keep hygiene records and send service messages under consent, contract and legal duties, including Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce', Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights', Law of Ukraine No. 4004-XII 'On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare of the Population' and Law of Ukraine No. 3991-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'.

Non-essential cookies and analytics run only with prior informed consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We share data with hosting, booking and email processors under written instructions and with authorities where law requires. We do not sell data or use it in misleading advertising.

Retention

Enquiries: 12 months after last contact. Booking, consent and hygiene records: up to 5 years after the last service or the period required by Ukrainian law. We apply access control, encryption and staff confidentiality proportionate to risk.

Your rights

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3991-IX you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, object and withdraw consent via contact@vryzanis.com. We reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or use out-of-court dispute resolution under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII.
